Masak Lemak Daging Salai is a flavourful and rich dish that made with smoked beef or meat. The term of "lemak" is refers to the creamy and coconut-milk based sauce that the meat is cooked in. The smoky flavor of the meat blends well with the creamy sauce and creating a very super delicious combination of the flavours and it can be found in local restaurants and food stalls throughout the state.

Rendang Maman is well-known dish in Negeri Sembilan because of its indescrible deliciousness and it is a must-have dish on Eid. The uniqueness of Rendang Maman is that it uses "Sayur Maman" or its scientific name is 'Cleome Gynandra' that contains various nutrients cooked with meat or chicken but it needs enough ingredients such as cococnut milk and hot chili to remove the bitterness of "Sayur Maman". It can be eaten with rice, ketupat, lemang, or compressed rice.

KUIH SOPANG

"Sabak" is refers to a brick-built smok house while "Salai" or "Smoked" is refers to smoked meat such as chicken, duck, or quail. Sabak Salai has its own taste and gives different aroma to the customers. It is also a nutritious food because it is free of salt and oil which lowers the number of calories because the meat that are smoke in this "Sabak" are only smoke using the traditional method like using charcoal, wood and coconut shells.

CENDOL SAGU RUMBIA
Apam Johol or "Apam Daun Rambai" is a traditional food, a type of apam in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The food is wrapped in "Daun Rambai" to preserve the aroma when steamed. Apam Johol also has a little crack at the top and is very tasty when eaten with sambal sauce, rendang, bean porridge, meat sauce, and durian sauce.Apam Johol is also produced not too sweet, not sticky and it is made firm and able to last for at least three days.
Kuih Sopang is a special dish and easy to find because it is commonly sold daily in stalls that sell kuih around Negeri Sembilan. Kuih Sopang is made from glutinous rice flour, palm sugar and the core from grated coconut, then it is shaped into an oval shape and served with thick coconut milk sauce. Kuih Sopang is same as "Kuih Badak Berendam" but the shape and manufacturing process is quite different.
Cendol Sago Rumbia is a unique and very popular drink in Negeri Sembilan. This reed sago cendol is different from the cendol found in other places to eat. Among the ingredients found in cendol sagu rumbia are coconut milk, brown sugar and sago rumbia only compared to the ingredients in normal cendol such as red beans, corn, and green cendol.
